People in a supportive counseling setting
Recovery is built one honest conversation at a time.

You are not your worst day.

Many of our clients come to us feeling exhausted — from court, from family pressure, from probation, from their own promises to “do better next time.” You may be scared that treatment won’t work, or that you’ll be judged for what you’ve done.

At Reach One, we start with this assumption: whatever you’ve been doing has been your best attempt to survive with the tools you had. Our work together is to help you build better tools — emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and practically.

We combine clinical counseling with lived-experience perspective. Many of our helpers know what it means to rebuild from the ground up.
We focus on purpose-driven recovery — not just stopping substances, but helping you move toward work, relationships, and community that matter to you.
We are part of a broader recovery ecosystem — connecting treatment to housing, employment, and community support over time.
What you can expect

A calm, structured place to think clearly again.

Whether you’re stepping down from residential treatment, or this is your first formal program, we’ll work with you to build a plan that fits your level of risk, responsibility, and readiness.

  • Non-shaming, collaborative conversations about your use and your life
  • Clear expectations about attendance, drug testing, and program rules
  • Support with practical barriers: transportation, appointments, housing resources
  • Space to talk about grief, trauma, anger, and shame without being shut down

Our core services

Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services are designed to flex with your life — enough structure to make change real, with enough breathing room to keep working, parenting, and showing up in your world.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Structured support, several days a week

Typically 3–5 days per week Group + individual counseling Drug screens as clinically indicated

IOP is ideal if you need more than once-a-week counseling, but you also need to keep working or caring for family. We focus on cravings, triggers, relapse-prevention, and rebuilding routines that actually work in real life.

Common needs: recent use or relapse; legal involvement; stepping down from residential or detox.
Standard Outpatient

Weekly or bi-weekly counseling & groups

Flexible scheduling Individual & group options

Outpatient is for people building stability or maintaining gains. We work on anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and the day-to-day stress that can fuel substance use.

Helpful after IOP, or if you’re functioning day-to-day but want deeper change.
Individual Counseling

1:1 space to unpack what’s underneath the use

Licensed clinicians Co-occurring disorders

Sometimes you need a private, consistent space to talk through trauma, relationships, and patterns that keep repeating. Individual sessions are built into IOP and available as stand-alone services where appropriate.

Case Management & Peer Support

Real-world help from people who get it

Housing & resources Court & probation coordination Peer support

Our team helps you navigate systems — court, children’s services, SSI/benefits, medical care — so you’re not fighting this alone. Peer supporters bring lived experience to walk alongside you as you rebuild.

Is Reach One right for me?

You don’t have to be “perfectly ready” to start. We work with people at different stages of change — from “I’m only here because of court” to “I’m ready to do whatever it takes.”

If you’re struggling with addiction and…
  • Using more than you want to, even after promising yourself you’d cut back
  • Have legal or child welfare involvement tied to your substance use
  • Have tried to stop on your own and keep sliding back
If life feels heavy even when you’re sober…
  • You’re carrying trauma, loss, or depression that makes day-to-day life feel like too much
  • You’re anxious, restless, or numb, and substances seem like the only “off switch”
  • You’re worried that “just quitting” won’t be enough without deeper work
If you’re trying to rebuild your life…
  • You want to show up differently for your kids, partner, or parents
  • You’re serious about making changes but don’t know where to start
  • You want a team that can talk about jobs, housing, and purpose — not just symptoms

What IOP & outpatient actually look like week-to-week

We don’t expect you to guess what you’re signing up for. Here’s a straightforward view of how the process works from first contact to ongoing care.

1. Confidential assessment

We gather your story, your goals, and your current risks. We’ll also ask about mental health, physical health, legal issues, and supports so we can recommend the right level of care.

2. Individualized service plan

Together, we identify clear, realistic goals — from “stay out of jail” to “repair relationship with my kids” to “stay sober for 90 days.” Your plan is written in plain language, not jargon.

3. Weekly rhythm

Depending on your level of care, you’ll attend groups and/or individual sessions on set days, with check-ins around cravings, mood, and stress. Drug screens are done as clinically indicated.

4. Real-world problem-solving

Case management and peer support help you with housing, employment leads, court requirements, transportation, and connection to other community supports.

5. Step-down & ongoing support

As you stabilize, you may move from IOP to Outpatient, to aftercare and alumni connections. The goal is not just graduation, but building a life that makes relapse less likely.

We intentionally use real-life imagery — not cartoons — to reflect the weight and dignity of what you’re facing, and the hope that’s available.

Your next step doesn’t have to be dramatic — just honest.

You don’t have to “have it all together” to start. You just have to be willing to tell the truth about where you are, and let us help you figure out what comes next.

Three simple ways to get started
